Return Policy

• REISO will accept return items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages from the customer. For return, mail out your items within 7 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging such as boxes and dust bags. 

• Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for orders outside of Greater China, Japan and South Korea.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please contact us before returning your item at customer@reiso.co for how to return.

• Returns are NOT accepted on made to order items or on-sales items.
